Built on a Simple Idea

We Rent SWFL, Inc. was built on a simple idea: property owners deserve a management company that treats their investment like its own. Since our founding, we have grown into one of Southwest Florida’s most experienced property management firms, serving landlords and tenants across Southwest Florida.

We are locally rooted, independently operated, and committed to honest communication. When something needs your attention, we tell you. When we can handle it, we do.

MEET THE TEAM

George Sand II

Owner and Property Manager

With more than 22 years in the real estate industry and 37 years of calling Southwest Florida home, George brings extensive local knowledge, strong community connections, and a passion for helping clients with their rental property needs. As an experienced rental property manager, he is dedicated to creating smooth experiences for both property owners and tenants while building lasting relationships based on trust, communication, and reliability.
He is actively involved in the local real estate community through membership in local Realtor boards and committees and takes pride in maintaining strong relationships with trusted local vendors. Giving back to the community is important to him, and he proudly participates in Keeping Lee County Beautiful road clean-up events.
Outside of work, he’s a proud father to his two daughters, Grace and Ana, and loves spending quality time with them. When he’s not managing properties, you’ll likely find him enjoying the Southwest Florida lifestyle — boating on the water, riding his Harley, exploring hiking trails, and making the most of the beautiful area he’s proud to call home.

Meghan A. Marion

Leasing and Tenant Relations

Born and raised in beautiful Southwest Florida, Meghan has spent more than 22 years building a trusted reputation in the local real estate industry through knowledge, dedication, and strong community connections. In addition to her real estate expertise, she is an experienced property manager specializing in annual rentals, helping both property owners and tenants navigate the rental process with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. As an active member of local real estate boards, she stays involved in the ever-changing market while continuing to provide exceptional service and guidance to her clients. Community involvement has always been a big part of her life. She is a proud member of the local Moose Lodge, volunteers with the Boy Scouts of America, supports a local high school volleyball team, and participates in Keeping Lee County Beautiful road clean-up events. Her long-standing relationships with local vendors and businesses help create a seamless experience for buyers, sellers, property owners, and tenants alike.
Outside of real estate, she is a proud mom to two amazing children, Connor and Emily, who keep life fun and rewarding. When she’s not helping clients, you’ll likely find her enjoying everything Southwest Florida has to offer — boating, relaxing at the beach, exploring hiking trails, and soaking up the sunshine in the community she is proud to call home.

Andrew McCarthy

Maintenance Coordinator

As a dedicated rental property manager with a strong background in customer service and business ownership, Andrew brings a unique blend of professionalism, problem-solving, and local expertise to the real estate industry. Before making the transition into real estate full-time, he successfully owned and operated a local car dealership, where he built lasting relationships and earned a reputation for honesty, reliability, and hard work. Today, he applies that same commitment to helping property owners and tenants navigate the rental market with confidence and ease. From handling day-to-day management to creating positive rental experiences, he takes pride in making sure every detail is handled efficiently and professionally.
When he’s not working, he enjoys spending quality time with his two kids, Ally and Lucas, making memories on the water, and taking advantage of the Southwest Florida boating lifestyle he loves so much.
